Catherine Rogers, ReCODE 2.0 Certified Health Coach

Introducing Catherine Rogers

A mental health therapist and health coach passionate about the link between physical and mental health, Catherine is one of only a handful of UK based practitioners who has successfully completed Dr Bredesen’s ReCODE training.

It was while she was studying and writing her book Gut Well Soon that Catherine became aware of the evidence-based Bredesen Protocol® to reverse and prevent cognitive decline.

She was fascinated by this approach, as she has some ‘skin in the healing’: her own father died of Alzheimer’s, and she has one ApoE4 gene. It also resonated with her own mental health work as she realised early on that talking therapies are not “the whole deal” and that exercise, sleep, diet, and community play a large role in achieving and sustaining good mental health.

Certified Health Coach

As a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Health Coach, Catherine is currently partnering with a ReCODE physician and also works independently with participants in conjunction with their Primary Care Provider to support them on the Bredesen Protocol.

Having been a PreCODE participant since October 2020, she understands the importance of living the protocol. She will use her own experiences to inform her health coaching and help her fully connect with PreCODE and ReCODE participants as they start their own journeys.

Experience you can trust

Trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Energy EFT, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Clinical Hypnosis, Catherine has been working with people with mental health challenges since 2004. She also has a diploma in nutrition and founded Reset Your Health, an online meal plan personalised to an individual’s health conditions and dietary requirements.

Her love of learning has also seen her recently complete a Positive Intelligence course and complete a professional development program in applied neuroscience and brain health run by Dr Sarah McKay’s Neuroscience Academy.

All this training and knowledge will help ReCODE and PreCODE participants identify and change negative self-destructive lifestyle patterns and learn how to incorporate healthier choices into their lives.
